Shipping-costs:
- Prices are ex works Germany ie. exclude shipping costs. There are no handling fees or other internal fees.
- No delivery charge within Germany, Austria, Denmark and BeNeLux, if order is more than 50 Euros.
- No delivery charge in the rest of EU-mainland (except Croatia) and Switzerland, for orders over 100 Euros.
- In NON-EU European Countries, there is a customs fee of 18,50 Euros.
- If orders are below the above mentioned values, we charge the parcel service shipping fees. We reserve the right to modify pricing errors. However, the order is without obligation.

Costs of returns with revocation:
In matter of a revocation, you as a customer have to cover the shipping costs of the return, if the order value is under 40€ or the
amount was not fully payed at the moment of revocation. Unless the ordered products do not match the delivered ones. |

in our building! Since 1983 - snowboards, longboards and skis are handcrafted here. You as a customer can take advantage of this through our professional and
experienced board craftsmen. Just let us know how we can redesign, lower, customize, tune or do anything else with your board. By the way: We can also make any set of wheels to rain
wheels through special aquaplaning slots!

- Pre-Payment (Pre Bank Wire Transfer): No extra costs, transfer from everywhere in the world. We send the order
as soon as we record the payment in our bank account. Bank details at the button of this page.
- Cash-Service: At this moment only available in Germany and Austria.
There is also an extra fee of 10,- € for Germany and 19,- € for Austria. This is the fastest way to order, because we ship the products immediately and don´t have to wait for the
payment.
- Payment with credit/debit card: via Paypal
