| 1. How long does the delivery take? |
| The delivery time depends on the method of delivery, method of payment, on the products, as well as on the respective country.
The delivery in the EU-countries, according to our experience takes between 1-5 days.
When you're paying with a creditcard or cash on delivery, we can send out the order much faster then when you're paying with bank transfer. We have to wait until we have received the money - then we can prepare the package.
Please note we have no influence on the exact time of delivery! |

| 2. How much are the delivery costs? |
| Prices are ex works Germany ie. exclude shipping costs. There are no handling fees or other internal fees.
No delivery charge within Germany, Austria, Denmark and BeNeLux, if order is more than 50 Euros.
No delivery charge in the rest of EU-mainland and Switzerland, for orders over 100 Euros.
In NON-EU European Countries, there is a customs fee of 18,50 Euros.
If orders are below the above mentioned values, we charge the parcel service shipping fees.
We reserve the right to modify pricing errors. However, the order is without obligation. |
